Matcha Tiramisu

Our tiramisu cups are made with ladyfingers, while our cakes are made with layers of our matcha sponge.
Hojicha Tiramisu

This Tiramisu is made with layers of chocolate sponge - soaked in our hojicha mix, then layered with our creamy mascarpone recipe. We then top it off with cocoa and more mascarpone mix.
Layered Fruit Cake
6" cake - $45
8" cake - $60
10" cake - $75
Our fruit layered cakes are made of 2 layers of sponge, our chantilly cream filling and a layer filled with lots of seasonal fruit, then topped off with more chantilly cream and fruit!
We can talk more about the types of fruit before or after you've placed the order.

Black Forest Cake

Our Black Forest cake is made up of layers of our chocolate sponge, Kirsch simple syrup, Amaretto soaked cherries and chantilly cream. We top it off with chocolate shavings, and more chantilly cream and cherries!

Layers of chocolate cake thats soaked in coffee, drizzled ganache and topped with chocolate curls.
