My name is Cindy, and I live in Calgary, Alberta.
I graduated from SAIT's baking and pastry program, and I have been to Tokyo several times to specialize in Japanese style baking, making Nerikiri wagashi and mochi from scratch.
I've been to Japan 8 times so far - I have traveled across Hokkaido, and visited other places like the Wakasa Wada area, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara, Kobe, Yokohama and Tokyo.
