こんにちは ! 私の名前はシンディーです. どうぞよろしくお願いします! 

My name is Cindy, and I live in Calgary, Alberta.

I graduated from SAIT's  baking and pastry program, and I have been to Tokyo  several times to specialize in Japanese style baking, making Nerikiri wagashi and mochi from scratch.

I've been to Japan 8 times so far - I have traveled across Hokkaido, and visited other places like the Wakasa Wada area, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara, Kobe, Yokohama and Tokyo.

2017 - Went twice - Baking Lessons

2019 - Went twice -More Baking and Wagashi Lessons - Nerikiri Art ® Certified Instructor Course  with additional classes in mochi, anko and dough making
